• The student`s academic and general progress is rated in three term tests and periodic unit tests in a year. Promotion is based on securing a minimum of 33% aggregate.
  
  
• All students have to maintain minimum of 75% attendance including medical leave to qualify for promotion. Exemption is granted on the grounds of ill health on submission of medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
  
  
• The results of the tests are made available to the Parents/Guardians through Report Cards which have to be signed by them and returned to the Class Teacher.

Counselling
The school provides psychological services called guidance and counselling. Guidance Counselor watches the educational progress of students and helps them in achieving customised adjustment. The Counselor maintains as individual cumulative record card, which serves as a barometer of a child`s physical, academics and emotional development.

System of Rewards
School functions through checks and balances with a well defined system of reward and punishment. Star Cards, Merit Certificates, Medals, Cups, Running Trophies and Gifts are the standard awards for excellence in games, studies and co-curricular activities.
The Students can be expelled or rusticated as per rules.

Scholarships
Merit is amply rewarded. Cash Awards are given to Board Exam Toppers and Gold Medalists in Zonal/national games& Sports events.
